Refund & Return Policy


Section 1: Purpose

This policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, returns, and replacements are

permitted for purchases made from ARA Elering Nigeria Investments Limited.

Section 2: Eligibility for Refund or Return

Refunds and returns are allowed only if:

• Goods are unused, unopened, and in original packaging; and

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Section 3: Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or tampered products

• Perishable FMCGs

• Products damaged by customer storage or handling

Section 4: Process and Timelines

• Complaints must be submitted via email or customer support channels.

• Returned items are inspected before approval.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Section 5: Replacement

Damaged or incorrect goods will be replaced first, and refund will only apply if replacement

is not possible.

Section 6: Chargebacks

Chargebacks must be done in good faith. Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with full

evidence.
