User Obligations

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and delivery information;

• Use the website lawfully and not engage in fraudulent activities; and

• Accept responsibility for maintaining confidentiality of login details

Orders and Payments

All orders require full payment at checkout via Flutterwave or approved payment

channels.

• An order is only confirmed after successful payment.

• Prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may be updated without prior notice.

Section 6

Delivery Policy

The Company delivers within selected cities only, as listed on the website.

• Delivery fees may apply, and timelines vary by location and logistics partner.

. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon physical delivery at the agreed

address.

Inspection and Complaint

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

• All complaints (damage, shortage, wrong item) must be reported within 48 hours of

delivery.

Refund and Returns

Refunds are permitted only under limited conditions, as stated in the Refund

Policy.

• Goods must remain unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.

• Perishable or opened goods cannot be refunded.

• Delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events; or

• Disputes shall first be resolved through Arbitration in Abuja, in accordance with the

Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

• Where unresolved, the matter may proceed to the competent courts in Abuja,

Nigeria.

The Company may suspend or terminate user access at its discretion, particularly for fraud,

abuse, or breach of these Terms.
